Directions

  1. Stir together chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper. Cook in hot butter for 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
  2. Serve warm over cooked corn or other vegetables. Makes enough for 4 servings.
