Directions

  1. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Use on beef or salmon burgers. Store up to one day, covered, in the refrigerator. Makes 1/2 cup.
