Apricot Sauce for Chicken or Turkey
- In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in apricot nectar, catsup, horseradish mustard, and orange peel. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Pour desired amount of sauce in small bowl. Brush poultry frequently the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, heat and pass additional sauce. Makes about 3 cups sauce (enough for 4 pounds chicken; 12 servings.).

Store unused portion of sauce in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
