Spoon turkey and corn onto tortillas just below the centers. Top with tomato, avocado, and onion slices; add lettuce. If desired, squeeze a lime wedge over filling on each tortilla. Fold in opposite sides; roll up tortillas. Tightly wrap each sandwich in foil or plastic wrap and place dressing in an airtight container to tote. Chill up to 4 hours. To serve, cut each sandwich in half. Serve with dressing for dipping.
