Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat in microwave on High for 30 seconds. Keep covered. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese over one side of a tortilla. Top with a lettuce leaf. Place a thin slice of ham over lettuce leaf. Spread with another tablespoon of cream cheese. Roll up tightly to form a log. Using a serrated knife cut into 1-inch portions. Place in a sealable container. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Pack in an insulated cooler with ice packs for up to 4 hours. Makes 24 sandwiches.
