In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and curry powder or mustard.
Stir bologna, carrot, raisins or currants, and celery into yogurt mixture. Spread margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Spread bologna mixture on 3 of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread. Halve sandwiches. Seal, label, and freeze. Store up to 1 month in the freezer.
For each serving, in the morning pack 1 frozen sandwich in a brown bag or lunch box with a frozen box of juice. The sandwich will thaw in 4 to 5 hours. Makes 3 sandwiches.
