  • In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and curry powder or mustard.

  • Stir bologna, carrot, raisins or currants, and celery into yogurt mixture. Spread margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Spread bologna mixture on 3 of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread. Halve sandwiches. Seal, label, and freeze. Store up to 1 month in the freezer.

  • For each serving, in the morning pack 1 frozen sandwich in a brown bag or lunch box with a frozen box of juice. The sandwich will thaw in 4 to 5 hours. Makes 3 sandwiches.
