- For burgers, in a large bowl gently combine turkey, the cilantro, the chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape turkey mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties. Brush tops of patties with oil.
- Place patties on the grill rack directly over medium heat; grill for 14 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink (165 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
- Spread cut sides of rolls with Orange-Cilantro Mayonnaise. Serve patties in rolls with lettuce and, if desired, sliced onion. Makes 4 servings.

Orange-Cilantro Mayonnaise may be made up to 3 days ahead. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
