For gas grill:
For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place patties on a greased grill rack directly over heat. Cover and grill as above.
For broiler:
Place patties on the greased unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 11 to 13 minutes, turning once and brushing with glaze the last 1 to 2 minutes of broiling.
For 4 Servings:
Prepare as above, except use the 1 teaspoon soy sauce (in step 1) and form turkey mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties (in step 2).
