Salsa in Seconds

Directions

  1. In batches as necessary, place the tomatillos, garlic, onion, chiles, avocado, half the cilantro, and lime juice in a blender. Cover and pulse until just smooth. Add water if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time. Transfer to a medium bowl; add the remaining cilantro, mint, and salt and toss to combine. Season to taste with additional lime juice and salt, if desired.
