Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl combine spinach and green onions.
  3. For dressing, in a small skillet cook garlic in hot oil for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and ground red pepper. Heat just to boiling.
  4. Pour hot dressing over greens. Add hot pasta; toss to mix well.
