Tossed Salad with Creamy Parmesan Dressing
- In a large salad bowl combine leaf lettuce, red cabbage, sweet pepper, and tomato halves.
- For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Pour dressing over salad. If necessary, stir in milk to make the dressing the desired consistency. Toss lightly to coat. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
