Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine sweet peppers, cabbage, currants or raisins, and green onions.
  2. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine wine vinegar, oil, sugar, and, if desired, hot pepper sauce. Cover and shake well. Pour the dressing over the pepper mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings.
