Directions

  1. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, sugar, dry mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Chill until serving time.
  2. To serve, put broccoli mixture in a large bowl. Shake dressing; drizzle over broccoli mixture, gently tossing to coat.
