- For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion rings, and water chestnuts. Sprinkle with pepper.
- For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame seed, and mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss lightly to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
