Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  2. In a large bowl combine tortellini, turkey, tomatoes, sweet pepper, and, if desired, olives. Drizzle salad dressing over mixture; toss to coat. Season to taste with pepper. Serve immediately.
