Directions
- For Lime Syrup, in small saucepan combine sugar and water; cook over medium-high heat. Bring to boiling; cook 3 minutes until syrupy. Remove from heat, transfer to small bowl. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in lime peel, juice, and cayenne pepper. Cover; refrigerate.
- To serve, combine melons and Lime Syrup in bowl. Makes 12 (1-cup servings).
