Directions
- Fifteen minutes before serving, place the radishes, carrots, celery and jicama in a large bowl. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine the lime peel, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Cover and shake well. Toss with the radish and jicama mixture. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle the salad with the hot chili powder. Makes 6 servings.
