  • Combine shredded cabbage with carrot, chopped mango or papaya, cilantro, green onions and jalapeno in a very large mixing bowl. Add vinaigrette; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately with lemon wedge to squeeze atop each serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
