  • Rinse and drain shredded broccoli; dry thoroughly. In a bowl combine shredded broccoli, pineapple, and broccoli florets. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and salt. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Toss before serving. Makes 10 side-dish servings.

Can't believe nobody has rated or reviewed this. I've been making this for a year now for family dinners. Big hit. Gets hotter as the days go by.
