Rub steak with 1 tablespoon of the oil; sprinkle both sides with salt and the 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Wrap and chill while preparing dressing.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, dash pepper, and bottled hot pepper sauce until combined. Gently stir in the blue cheese. Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Unwrap steak; add to grill pan. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Remove from pan; cover and keep warm.
For a charcoal grill, grill steak on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals until desired doneness, turning once halfway through grilling. (Allow 11 to 15 minutes for medium-rare and 14 to 18 minutes for medium doneness.) (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place steaks on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.)
To serve, arrange greens on a serving platter. Thinly slice steak across the grain; arrange on greens. Top meat with fruit mixture and then some of the dressing. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Pass remaining dressing. Makes 4 servings.
