WoW! This is an Oldie but Goody. I was taught to make it this way. When I make slaw now, I prepare a dressing; mayo, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon or lime juice and zest, sugar, celery salt, blk pepper, let it sit while I shred. Slaw is, both cabbages, carrot, apple and celery! I have not met a slaw I have not liked, unless it was really old! I still cut everything by hand except the carrots for that I still my old box grater!raf
