Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine the rice, corn, green sweet pepper, red sweet pepper, green onions, and thyme. Add salad dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Stir before serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 8 to 10 side-dish servings.
