Rinse lettuce, mint, watercress, and cilantro in cold water; pat dry. In a large salad bowl combine rinsed greens and daikon. Slowly add Two-Pepper Dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
In a screw-top jar combine green sweet pepper; rice vinegar; salad oil; chile pepper; garlic; sugar; salt; and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
