Directions

  1. In a blender combine spinach, kale, soymilk, mango, apple, tangerine, and flax seeds. Add ice.
  2. Cover and blend on low speed just until mixture is starting to combine. Increasing the speed gradually, continue blending until mixture reaches desired consistency.
