Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in cinnamon, salt, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, cool.
  3. Rub mixture evenly onto chicken. Makes about 9 teaspoons.
