  1. Combine coffee beans, cocoa powder, cumin seeds, chili powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Asian Mix:

  1. Combine sesame seeds, mint, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and crushed red pepper.

Italian Mix:

  1. Italian Mix: Combine rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
