Rosemary White Bean Dip

Directions

  1. Using a fork, mash 1/4 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained, until smooth. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and crushed dried rosemary; mix well. Serve with vegetable dippers.
