Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl stir together the yogurt, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Serve with roasted vegetables.
