  • Sprinkle both sides of chicken with rosemary, salt, and pepper. In an extra-large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until done (165°F), turning once.

  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan bring broth to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in grits. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.

  • Remove chicken from skillet. Add grapes and almonds to hot skillet. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until grapes are warm and nuts are lightly toasted. Serve chicken with grits and grape mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
