Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Four ingredients and you've got yourself some tasty homemade fries! For extra flavor, sprinkle the sweet potatoes with sugar, ground cumin and chili powder before roasting.

Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two shallow baking pans with foil. Place sweet potatoes in prepared pans. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  2. Roast 15 minutes. Turn sweet potatoes. Roast 5 to 10 minutes more or until tender and light brown. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

For extra flavor, sprinkle the sweet potatoes with 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. EACH ground cumin and chili powder before roasting, tossing to coat.
