  • 2 - 3 medium onions, cut into 1-inch wedges

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place onions in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

  2. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until tender and light brown, stirring occasionally.
