2 1/2 cups Brussels sprouts plus 1/2 cup sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Working in batches if necessary, arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in air fryer basket (do no over-crowd). Cook at 400°F for 4 minutes; shake basket. Cook 4 to 6 minutes more or until sprouts are deep golden brown and tender.

  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, remaining 1 Tbsp. maple syrup and mustard. Toss sprouts in some of the sauce mixture and/or serve as a dipping sauce.
