Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Working in batches if necessary, arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in air fryer basket (do no over-crowd). Cook at 400°F for 4 minutes; shake basket. Cook 4 to 6 minutes more or until sprouts are deep golden brown and tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, remaining 1 Tbsp. maple syrup and mustard.
