Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine arugula, basil, corn, and tomatoes.
  2. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle dressing over arugula mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter. Crumble cheese over salad.
