Tomato-Mango Chutney

1 cup chutney


  • ½ cup finely chopped plum tomatoes

  • ½ cup finely chopped, peeled mango

  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion

  • 3 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

  • 2 - 3 teaspoon finely chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper


  1. In small bowl stir together tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Makes 1 cup chutney.
