Directions

  1. In a bowl combine ginger, sweet pepper, vinegar, orange juice, brown sugar, and salt. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Serve as a condiment for grilled or roasted meats or in place of pickle relish. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes 1/2 cup.
