Quinoa Pizza Bites

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat 18 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide quinoa mixture between prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce.
