Unroll crescent roll dough and divide into 8 triangles. Brush triangles with melted butter. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the pecans for topping. In a small bowl combine remaining pecans, the brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the triangles. Roll up triangles, starting with the wide end. Place rolls, point sides down, on a lightly greased metal pizza pan.
Prepare grill for indirect grilling, except omit drip pan. Test for medium heat above the center of the grill. Place pizza pan on the grill rack in the center of the grill (not over heat). Cover and grill for 12 to 15 minutes or until rolls are golden.
Drizzle rolls with honey; sprinkle with remaining pecans. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
