In a food processor or blender combine cottage cheese, milk, and honey. Cover and process or blend until nearly smooth. Prepare biscuit mix according to package direction for rolled biscuits, except substitute the pureed mixture and poppy seeds for the liquid called for on package. Bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
