Ingredients

  • 1 16.5- or 18-ounce roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoon milk

  • cup chocolate-flavor sprinkles

  • 40 dark chocolate kisses

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl stir together cookie dough and cocoa powder until combined (knead if necessary).

  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in milk, then roll in chocolate sprinkles; place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.

  3. Bake about 8 minutes or until edges are firm. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie's center. Remove; cool on a wire rack.

To Store:

Layer cookies between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
