For a fall twist on hummus, we've added pumpkin, roasted red peppers, and some warm spices (cumin and chili powder). Serve with your favorite dippers!
In a food processor combine the first nine ingredients (through cumin). Cover and process for 1 to 2 minutes or until very smooth, stopping and scraping sides as necessary.
Transfer hummus to a serving bowl or airtight container. Serve with desired dippers. Cover and chill for up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
