  • In a large mixing bowl beat pudding mix, cold milk, and peanut butter with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Divide pudding evenly among 4 dessert dishes.

  • Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Just before serving, top each with a dollop of dessert topping and sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, serve with graham snack cookies. Makes 4 servings.
