Stir in crab meat. Shape mixture into twelve 1/2-inch-thick patties, using 1/4 cup mixture for each patty. Place remaining 1/4 cup pretzels in a shallow dish. Dip patties into pretzels, turning to coat. Coat air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat air fryer at 400°F. Working in batches, arrange crab cakes in a single layer in prepared basket. Drizzle with some of the melted butter. Cook 8 minutes or until golden and heated through (160°F), turning once. Transfer crab cakes to a plate; keep warm. For sauce, in a small bowl combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise and remaining 4 tsp. mustard. Serve crab cakes with sauce.
