Pressure Cooker Turkey Shepherd's Pie
To make homemade mashed sweet or traditional potatoes, in a 4-qt. saucepan cook 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks, in enough boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until fork-tender; drain. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. black pepper; mash.
