Place desired number of eggs on trivet or in steamer basket. Eggs should not touch water. Bring pressure cooker to low pressure (6 psi). Cook eggs for 9 minutes at low pressure. Turn off pressure cooker or remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Release pressure, if necessary, and remove lid. Place eggs in a bowl of ice water for 3 minutes. Peel.
