- In a medium mixing bowl stir together milk, carrot, green onions, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and dash pepper. Add ground meat; mix well. Shape the mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. Grill or broil.
- Place patties on an uncovered grill, directly over medium-hot coals about 12 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a patty registers 165 degrees F, turning the patties halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve patties on buns with lettuce leaves, shredded zucchini, sliced tomato, and Curry Mustard, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
