Directions

  1. Halve sausage or frankfurters lengthwise and slice 1/2 inch thick. Set aside. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine condensed soup, milk, and corn. Stir in turkey sausage or frankfurters and cheese. Stir over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Serve hot chowder topped with croutons, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
