Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together cinnamon, sugar, cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, and red pepper. Store tightly covered, in a cool, dark place up to 1 month before using.
  2. To use, rub a little cooking oil evenly onto all sides of meat or poultry about 15 minutes before grilling. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over meat or poultry; rub in with your fingers. Grill meat or poultry.
  3. Nutrition facts are based on 1 teaspoon seasoning.
