Chicken a La King

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan combine the frozen vegetables, water, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce or wine, basil, and pepper. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine milk and flour. Stir into vegetable mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in chicken or turkey; heat through.
  3. Serve the chicken mixture in the pastry shells.
