Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce
Stir together the barbecue sauce, peach preserves, bourbon, cloves, and red pepper. Use part of the sauce as a marinade, if desired.Advertisement
To use, brush chicken or pork with some of the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, reheat and pass additional sauce. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce up to 2 weeks.
